We are pleased to present the new edition of the Piazza Hotels Company Profile 2025, where we highlight our 2024 results and unveil the upcoming developments for 2025.
Today, our Group operates in 10 destinations, with 13 properties under management – including 7 Hotels and 5 Residences – for a total of 1,130 rooms and apartments.
The year 2024 closed with excellent results: the total turnover of the managed properties reached €30.4 million, marking a +40% increase compared to the previous year and more than double compared to 2019.
A major contribution came from the opening of the Grand Hotel Parma UNA Esperienze and the Bellevue Resort Sardinia by Melià, both operational since 2024 and expected to further boost performance in the coming years.
Operational indicators also showed positive trends: the Group’s average ADR reached €107 in 2024 (with hotels alone achieving €121), recording an 11% increase compared to 2013. Since 2019, in just six years, the average rate has grown from €59 to €93, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9.4%.
With these results and a growing pipeline, Piazza Hotels confirms itself as a dynamic and steadily evolving Group, built on solid foundations and ready to seize future opportunities.
