Orfeo Bianchi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, commented: «The Group’s first Consolidated Financial Statements provide a faithful representation of the journey undertaken in recent years and of our ability to create value through an integrated approach combining professional hotel management with prudent real estate development. The results achieved in 2025 confirm the strength of our business model; improved profitability and a stronger capital base provide a solid foundation for supporting our expansion and asset enhancement strategies in the coming years. We will continue to invest in expanding our portfolio, both under management and through owned properties, with the aim of further strengthening the Group’s position within the Italian hospitality sector.»
